Charity cheesecake set to raise £40,000 for Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer Scotland

Zoe Williams took her love of baking and became an entrepreneur after entering ITV's This Morning’s Super Sweet competition with her unusual rhubarb cheesecake crumble. Zoe, 25, from Caerphilly in Wales, only discovered her talent for baking recently. Last November she was hit by a car while taking time out to go travelling across Australasia and South East Asia. She broke her pelvis and back and spent many hours at home. During this time, Zoe decided to try her hand at baking while she was at home recuperating and found a new passion.

Zoe's rhubarb cheesecake has proved a massive hit with Tesco customers, with 23,000 desserts sold raising an incredible £ 39,466 so far for Tesco Charity of the Year, Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer Scotland. The dessert is on sale in Tesco stores until Friday, so why snap up one of the the last few left and help us to raise £40,000 to build a better future for people with dementia.
